The specifics of the realias in the Kenyan version of the English language

Abstract

This article is devoted to the linguistic realias that are spreading in Kenya. The relevance of this study is determined by the growing interest in the field of studying the linguistic realias of reality, their definition of classifications in the Kenyan version of the English language. We have revealed that realities are some kind of cultural reflectors. They are found in completely different fields and methods of communication. The classifications of realias proposed by V.S. Vinogradov were considered in detail. Where V.S. Vinogradov suggests classifying realias into everyday, ethnographic, realities of the natural world, state-administrative, onomastic and associative.
