При организации обучения по программам среднего профессионального и высшего медико-фармацевтического образования выявлен ряд проблем, обусловленных несоблюдением нормативных требований к оформлению рецептурных прописей на латинском языке, а также несвоевременная актуализация учебно-методических материалов. Предметом исследования послужили требования, регламентирующие вопросы оформления рецептурных прописей, и примеры их практической реализации, представленные в учебно- справочной литературе. Цель работы – выявить ошибки, связанные с нарушением регламентаций структурно-языкового оформления латинской части рецептов, и представить примеры рецептурных моделей, соответствующих современным требованиям. В результате исследования установлено, что причины несоблюдения нормативных требований к оформлению рецептов на латинском языке связаны с наличием двух структурно- семантических моделей рецептурной строки – традиционной и современной, определены их основные различия и причины, обусловившие трансформацию традиционной модели. Указаны наиболее распространенные ошибки в оформлении прописей, встречающихся в учебной литературе, представлены примеры оформления рецептурных прописей с соблюдением законодательных норм и предложен единый подход к обучению рецептуре в курсах дисциплин, способствующих формированию профессиональных компетенций на всех этапах образования.
When organizing training in secondary vocational and higher medical and pharmaceutical education programs, a number of problems were identified due to non-compliance with regulatory requirements for the design of prescription formulations in Latin, as well as the lack of timely updating of educational and methodological materials. The subject of the study was the requirements governing the design of prescription formulations and examples of their practical implementation presented in educational and reference literature. The purpose of the work is to identify errors related to violations of the regulations for the structural and linguistic design of the Latin part of prescriptions, and to present examples of prescription models that meet modern requirements. The study revealed that the reasons for non-compliance with the regulatory requirements for the design of prescriptions in Latin are related to the presence of two structural and semantic models of the prescription line: the traditional model and the modern model. The study identified their main differences and the reasons that led to the transformation of the traditional model. The article identifies the most common errors in the design of recipes found in educational literature, provides examples of the design of prescription recipes in compliance with legal regulations, and suggests a unified approach to teaching recipes in courses that contribute to the formation of professional competencies at all stages of education.
