В данной части статьи рассматривается обусловленность терминотворчества взаимодействием когнитивных и языковых механизмов. Подтверждается вовлеченность в процессы концептуализации, интерпретации и языковой номинации знания различного типа. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article is devoted to the analysis of the interpretative role of mind and language in creating some terminological nominations to represent expert knowledge in the field of information security. This part of the paper considers the interrelation of cognitive and language mechanisms.
